What do I get when I buy a product?
You get instant PDF downloads. Full-page products include a US Letter version, an A4 version and a "Read Me First – How to Print" guide. A5 and Half Letter inserts include A5 and Half Letter PDFs, print-and-cut files for A4 and Letter paper and the same guide. Nothing is shipped.
How do I receive my files?
Right after payment, your order page opens with download buttons. We also email you the same private links, and the emailed order link works for 30 days.
Which size should I choose?
Full-page products include both US Letter and A4: use US Letter in the US and Canada, and A4 in Europe, the UK, Australia and most other countries. For A5 or half letter ring binders and discbound planners, choose our A5 and Half Letter inserts. Every product page lists its sizes.
How do I print my planner?
Open the PDF in a PDF reader and print at 100% or "Actual size" on paper that matches the file. You can print at home or at a local print shop, and our downloads help page has more tips.
Can I use the planners on a tablet?
Yes. You can import the PDFs into note-taking apps like GoodNotes or Notability and write with a stylus. The files are made for printing, so they do not have clickable links.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all through PayPal Checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You can pay with a debit or credit card without a PayPal account. Card payments are processed securely by PayPal.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). No VAT is added, so the price you see at checkout is the final price.
Is there a discount right now?
Yes, everything in the shop is currently 30% off. The discounted price is shown on each product page and at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts, so we cannot refund a change of mind. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, we will fix it, send a corrected file or give you a refund.
Can I share or sell the files?
No. You may print unlimited copies for your own personal or household use, or for your own classroom or homeschool. Sharing, reselling or uploading the files is not allowed.
How do I download my files again?
Go to My account and enter the email you used at checkout. We send you a one-time sign-in link and a 6-digit code, so no password is needed.
Is there a download limit?
Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need more downloads, just contact us and we will help.
How can I contact you?
Email us through our contact page and we usually reply within 2 business days. Please include your order number if your question is about an order.
