A5 and Half Letter inserts include an A5 PDF, a Half Letter PDF, two print-and-cut PDFs (A4 and US Letter, two pages per sheet) and the same printing guide. The product page always lists the files you get.

Paper suggestions

Regular printer paper works well. For a nicer feel and less ink showing through, try a slightly heavier paper, around 24–32 lb (90–120 gsm). For covers or dashboards, a light cardstock is a nice choice.

Printing at a print shop

Most local print and copy shops can print PDF files. Bring the file on a USB stick or upload it to their website. Ask them to print at 100% (actual size) on the matching paper size. They can also bind, punch or spiral your planner.

Using planners on a tablet

You can import the PDF into note-taking apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or Samsung Notes, and write on the pages with a stylus. Please note that our files are made for printing, so they do not include clickable links or tabs.

Opening files on your phone

On iPhone, tap the download and save it to the Files app. On Android, the file goes to your Downloads folder. For printing and tablets, we suggest downloading on a computer or tablet for the best experience.
