Refunds & digital downloads

All PetiteDiary products are digital PDF downloads. Nothing is shipped. This page explains when refunds are possible and what to do if something is wrong with a file.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to that before buying.
At checkout, you tick a box confirming: "I want my download to start right away, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts." We repeat this consent in your order confirmation email.
Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind once your files have been downloaded.
Faulty or incorrect files
Your statutory rights for digital content always apply. If a file:
- does not open,
- is damaged or incomplete, or
- is not as described on the product page,
we will put it right. Depending on the problem, we will fix the file, send you a corrected file, or, if that is not possible or does not solve the problem, give you a price reduction or a full refund. These remedies follow EU rules on digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770) and Lithuanian consumer law.
Please contact us within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. Include your order number, the product name and, if possible, a screenshot.
Before contacting us, you may find a quick fix in our downloads and printing help. Printing issues are often solved by printing at 100% or choosing the right paper size.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal to your original payment method (PayPal balance, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). The time it takes to appear depends on PayPal and your bank.
Refunds and download access
When an order is refunded, or a payment is reversed through a chargeback or dispute, access to the files from that order ends. The personal use license for those files also ends.
