Terms of sale
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms apply to every purchase from PetiteDiary Shop at https://petitediary.shop. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
PetiteDiary Shop is a small business based in Lithuania:
- Seller: PetiteDiary Shop, a small business based in Lithuania
- Email: [email protected]
- Website: https://petitediary.shop
In these terms, "we", "us" and "PetiteDiary" mean the seller above. "You" means the customer.
2. Scope
These terms cover the sale of digital products through our website. They apply together with our personal use license, refunds policy and privacy policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell digital PDF products only, such as planners, journals, calendars and trackers. Nothing is shipped. The files included are listed on each product page. Most products include a US Letter PDF, an A4 PDF and a "Read Me First – How to Print" PDF. A5 and Half Letter inserts include an A5 PDF, a Half Letter PDF, print-and-cut PDFs for A4 and US Letter paper, and a "Read Me First – How to Print" PDF.
The products are made for printing at home or at a print shop. They can also be imported into note-taking apps on a tablet, but they do not include clickable links. To open the files, you need a device with a PDF reader. To print them, you need a printer or access to a print service.
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Preview images show how the pages look. Some background scenes in preview images are illustrations, and colors may look slightly different on screen and on paper.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
- Any discount is shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Payment is made through PayPal Checkout. You can pay with PayPal, a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
- We never see or store your card details.
- If you pay in a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
5. How the contract is formed
To order, you add products to your cart, enter your email address, give the consent described in section 7, and pay through PayPal Checkout. The contract between you and us is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send you an order confirmation email with your order details, your consent, and links to these terms.
Please check that your email address is correct, because we use it to deliver your files and to confirm your order.
6. Delivery of digital content
Delivery is immediate and electronic:
- Right after payment, your order page opens with download buttons.
- We email you the same private download links. The emailed order link works for 30 days.
- Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need more, contact us.
- You can sign in to My account at any time with your email address to download your files again.
Please save your files on your own device after downloading. Download links are personal and must not be shared.
7. Right of withdrawal and how it ends
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once supply begins, if you have:
- given your prior express consent for the supply to begin during the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.
At checkout, you must tick this box before you can pay: "I want my download to start right away, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts." We confirm this consent in your order confirmation email.
This means that once the download starts, you can no longer withdraw from the contract or get a refund for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty content (section 8) are not affected.
8. Faulty digital content and remedies
We are responsible for making sure our digital content matches its description and works as it should, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Lithuanian law. If a file does not open, is incomplete, or is not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. We will:
- first, fix the problem or send you a corrected file, free of charge and within a reasonable time;
- if that is not possible, not done within a reasonable time, or the problem is serious, give you a proportionate price reduction or a full refund.
Refunds are paid back through PayPal to your original payment method. More details are in our refunds policy.
9. License
Your purchase gives you a personal use license, not ownership of the copyright. What you may and may not do with the files is explained in our personal use license. If an order is refunded or a payment is reversed (for example, through a chargeback or PayPal dispute), download access and the license for that order end.
10. My account
You can sign in to My account with your email address. We send you a one-time sign-in link and a 6-digit code, valid for 15 minutes. No password is needed. Please keep access to your email account secure, because anyone with access to it can sign in. We may limit access to an account in case of misuse, such as sharing download links publicly.
11. Not professional advice
Some of our products relate to health and wellness, budgeting and finance, ADHD, self-care or mental wellbeing. These products are tools for organizing, tracking and reflection. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or legal advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Please talk to a professional about your own situation.
12. Liability
We take care to make our products accurate and useful. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for problems caused by your device, software, printer or internet connection. Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this is not allowed by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please email us at [email protected]. We usually reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
If we cannot solve the problem together, consumers may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: www.vvtat.lt. You may also bring a claim before the competent court.
14. Governing law
These terms and any contract with us are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
