Overview

With the A5 two page daily planner, every day gets a whole spread: plan hour by hour on the left, then keep notes, meals, habits and a short reflection on the right. The 22 undated inserts are made for A5 or Half Letter ring binders and discbound planners. You download single-page files at 148 x 210 mm and 5.5 x 8.5 in, along with print-and-cut versions for A4 and Letter paper. It is instant and nothing is shipped.

Busy days feel more manageable when everything has a place.

Why the A5 two page daily planner works on full days

Every hour between 5 am and 10 pm has its own generous line on the left page, with your three priorities, seven to-do lines, appointments and a don't forget box close by. Over on the right, 15 lines for notes share the page with meals, 8 water circles, 4 habits and a 1 to 5 rating for the day, and you finish with gratitude, a highlight and a few reflective words.

All pages were redesigned for the small format. Writing lines keep a gap of 6.5 mm or more, and the wide inner margin moves from side to side, so punched holes never hit your words and each day lies open as a proper spread. Since the daily pages carry no dates, you can print as many days as you like.

Who these daily inserts are for

  • Anyone carrying an A5 ring binder, A5 discbound planner or Half Letter binder who would like each day to have a full spread
  • Appointment-heavy days, where an hourly schedule plus a separate notes page keep everything together
  • People who like to close the day with gratitude and a few reflective lines
  • Planners who would rather print only the pages they use than buy an entire new planner

Design and printing

  • Elegant, minimal design: white pages with soft blush pink details, easy on ink
  • Wide margins all around, so your home printer will not cut anything off
  • Portrait inserts: A5 (148 x 210 mm) with Monday start weeks, and Half Letter (5.5 x 8.5 in) with Sunday start weeks
  • Undated, so you can begin any day and print the daily spread again whenever you want
  • Mirrored margins, with a 14 mm inner edge for ring or disc holes that alternates sides and 8 mm along the outside
  • Print-and-cut files: two A5 pages fit on a landscape A4 sheet, or two Half Letter pages on landscape US Letter, divided by one dashed line
  • Line spacing of at least 6.5 mm and no text smaller than 8.5 pt, so small pages stay easy to fill in
  • Keep it in a binder or on a clipboard, or ask a print shop to spiral bind it
