Practice tracker for any skill or hobby, with a 100-hour tracker
Turn scattered practice into visible progress, one focused session and one colored square at a time.
Overview
This practice tracker brings structure to learning anything you care about: music, languages, art, sport, baking, programming or another hobby entirely. Across 28 undated pages you set goals for the skill, plan deliberate practice, log sessions, count up to 100 hours, climb a ladder of milestones, gather feedback, work through plateaus and look back each week and month.

How this practice tracker shows you what to work on next
Split your skill into as many as 10 smaller pieces and score each from 1 to 5, and the next thing to practice becomes obvious. Plan drills that stretch you just past what feels easy, then record each session: what you worked on, what went well and what needs fixing next time.
Each hour of effort gets a square to color on the hundred hour grid, and a ladder of twelve levels climbs alongside it. On days when nothing seems to move, three pages (plateau notes, mistakes and fixes, and record and review) help you work out the reason, and the regular reviews convert feedback into a plan. There are no dates, so begin whenever you like and print fresh logs and trackers for as long as you are learning.
