Simple words for the days when your own words feel hard to find.

How these printable prayer cards guide your quiet time

Pull a card during your quiet time and let it shape your prayer, for example thanking God for three little gifts from today or lifting up a friend who is carrying a heavy load. When words will not come, the how to use page walks through ACTS: adoration, confession, thanksgiving and supplication.

Praying for you cards let someone know they are in your thoughts, and request cards gather the needs of your family or church group in one place. Tuck the cards into your Bible, your journal or a little prayer box.

Who these Christian prayer cards are for

• Christian women and men wanting a simple focus for daily quiet time
• Families who pray together at meals or at bedtime
• Women's Bible studies, prayer groups and church ministries

Design and printing

• A clean, elegant look: bright white pages, delicate blush pink accents and low ink use
• Generous margins, so a home printer will not cut anything off
• Sizes: A4 (210 x 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), both portrait
• Undated, so you can begin any day and print favorite cards again once they wear out
• Most pages hold 8 cards with dashed cut lines (6 on the request page, 4 on the weekly focus page), and an optional page of card backs is included
