Printable seating chart for dinner parties and holiday tables

This printable seating chart set is a calm, elegant way to decide who sits where at Thanksgiving, Christmas or any dinner you host at home. Its 14 pages include templates for round and rectangular tables, a kids' table, a buffet plan, place cards, menu cards and a hosting checklist. You get a PDF in US Letter and A4 as an instant download.

Less shuffling of chairs at the last minute, and more easy conversation once everyone sits down.

How the printable seating chart makes hosting feel easy

Begin with your head count and a guest list that tracks RSVPs and allergies, then pick the template that fits your space, anything from a round table for four to a long table for twelve. Gentle tips and boxes for who to keep together or apart help you place chatty guests, quiet ones, older relatives and children so everyone is at ease.

A buffet plan, folded place cards and menu cards complete the table, while the checklist spreads the jobs from a week ahead until after everyone leaves. Print a new set for each holiday and dinner.

Design and printing
