TN no spend challenge inserts for a 30 day spending freeze
Thirty days, one slim notebook booklet, and a clearer picture of what you really need.
Overview
This TN no spend challenge is a set of inserts for a standard traveler's notebook, 110 by 210 mm (about 4.33 by 8.25 inches). Inside you set your rules, mark off 30 days, note every urge, add up what you saved, find free ways to have fun and look back on the month. It is undated and gives you 7 sheets that become 28 insert pages, with cut lines, crop marks and fold lines. Print the US Letter or A4 PDF on both sides, trim, fold and staple it into one slim booklet. Instant download, nothing is shipped.
Less impulse buying, more breathing room, and a booklet that shows you how far you came.
How the TN no spend challenge works
Start by deciding your own rules: what stays allowed, what is off the table this round and how you will handle the grey areas. Then shade a circle, out of 30, on each day you spend nothing. Whenever the itch to buy appears, give it a line in the urge log with the item, its cost and what set it off, and tick a box once 48 hours have passed. Every purchase you skip goes on the tally, where a running total climbs.
Once day 30 arrives, the review pages show your longest streak, the money kept and the habits worth holding on to. The sheet with days 1 to 30 sits at the very center of the booklet, so you can print a new one for every round.
