Motorcycle log for rides, service records, fuel and road trips
Remember the roads you loved and always know which service your bike needs next.
Overview
Motorcycle log pages help you remember each ride and stay one step ahead of your bike's needs. Across 45 undated pages you will find a profile for the bike, 12 full page ride logs, quick lists for shorter rides, a road trip planner and a general checklist to run before riding. On the maintenance side there is a service schedule, records for oil, chain, tires, brakes and other work, a parts and upgrades list, fuel logs and a page for riding goals. Download it instantly as a US Letter or A4 PDF.
One binder in the garage, and your rides, trips and full service history are always at hand.
How this motorcycle log keeps rides and maintenance in one place
On a ride page you note the date, the bike, your riding companions, where you set off, rode through and finished, odometer readings out and back, miles, time on the road, fuel added, the weather and road type to circle, a star rating, a dotted area to sketch the route, a table of stops, highlights and lessons learned.
Keeping up with servicing gets simple too. Write the intervals from the owner's manual into the schedule once. After that, each oil change, chain clean, tire check, brake job and fluid or battery service goes on record next to its odometer reading, so you can see at a glance what is due. Fuel pages work out MPG every time you fill up, and the monthly mileage and cost overview reveal the true total of a riding season. When it is time to sell, a buyer can see the whole history in one binder.

Good to know
- This is a PDF made to be printed, not a hyperlinked digital planner. You can still import it into most note taking apps and write on it.
- You are buying a digital file. Nothing physical will be mailed.
- Colors on a screen and on paper can differ slightly.
- For your own personal use. Sharing the files, reselling them or passing them on is not allowed.
- Digital files cannot be returned, but if a file will not open or print properly, email us and we will help right away.
- Use it to keep records, not as a repair manual. Your owner's manual comes first, and any job you lack the training or tools for belongs with a qualified mechanic.
- The checks on the pre-ride page are general. For the exact items, fluid levels and pressures that apply to your bike, see the owner's manual.
- Always ride within your local traffic laws and your license, insurance and protective gear rules.
